Jabari Paul is Chief Strategic Partnerships Officer at The League, where he leads cross-sector partnerships that bring together brands, institutions, and community stakeholders to advance high-impact initiatives. His work focuses on translating strategy into campaigns and collaborations that engage audiences and drive measurable outcomes.

At The League, Jabari has developed and led partnerships with organizations including but not limited to LUSH Cosmetics, Lyft, SheaMoisture, and NBA teams such as the San Antonio Spurs and Orlando Magic —driving multi-market initiatives that connect culture, community, and civic engagement.

Previously, he led U.S. advocacy efforts at Ben & Jerry’s, designing and executing national campaigns at the intersection of brand and social impact. His work included building partnerships with advocacy organizations and cultural institutions, as well as helping to shape high-visibility initiatives and public-facing experiences that brought the company’s social mission to life.

Earlier in his career, Jabari worked in coalition-building and policy advocacy, contributing to major initiatives such as the passage of Amendment 4 in Florida and the advancement of the state’s first Healthy Food Financing Initiative.
