Angelina D’Souza

Director of Strategic Partnerships

Angelina is a storyteller and strategic connector who believes the most impactful work happens when strategy meets genuine human connection. Her work centers on empowering people and brands to show up with intention, and translating that energy into partnerships and ideas that make a mark. Angelina joined The League in 2020 and currently serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships.

She has a compelling background in influencer partnerships, social media marketing, and brand strategy. Heading marketing efforts at Sarvie Studios, she helped launch countless successful campaigns for lifestyle brands with thought-provoking storytelling that pushed industry boundaries. An analytics nerd at heart, Angelina has mastered the art of data-driven marketing, connecting the dots between emerging trends and audience behavior to create noteworthy campaigns that resonate and deliver.

At The League, her influencer campaigns have earned multiple Anthem Awards and a Webby nomination, reflecting the creativity and cultural relevance she brings to every initiative.

In her current role as Director of Strategic Partnerships, Angelina brings the same intentionality she applies to brand storytelling to the art of relationship building. She thrives at the intersection of strategy and human connection, identifying the right partners, cultivating meaningful collaborations, and building the kind of trust that becomes the foundation for lasting impact.

Angelina organized and led a female-focused group that brought together women of all backgrounds to discuss disruptive topics facing her generation. Her passion for championing intersectionality stemmed from the insightful conversations held in this group.

Angelina is an avid reader, fitness enthusiast, and Netflix aficionado. She spends her weekends exploring parks in NYC, with the ultimate goal of visiting all 1,700 parks in the city (eventually).
